Recently, my friend Lily told me about Joy Nash, who’d been a classmate of hers in USC’s theater program. A couple years ago, Joy made a video called “Fat Rant”. It’s an empowering Health at Every Size message, and one that is delivered with intelligence and humor. Joy manages to deliver a message of positivity and confidence while touching on the fears and insecurities a lot of women have regarding their bodies and appearance, which is why I am re-posting it tonight as this week’s Embrace:Me contribution. I want to thank Joy for giving me permission to re-post her video, and remind you that I want to hear your story of body confidence, in whatever form it takes!
